What are your fees?
That entirely depends on your needs! Every person, situation, and/or organization is unique. What we can tell you is that we're committed to providing financially obtainable services for an economically diverse population.
What is coaching?
When you do something for another person, you have given them a gift. But when you teach them how you did it, you give them strength, courage, and skills. Coaching is about listening, teaching, and guiding to success. Sessions are built around helping clients identify their goals and then determining the best path to achieving them.
What is consulting?
Sometimes we want something done but we don't have the skills necessary to complete the project. That's where consulting can come in and help save the day! While there is a learning component to consulting, as creating sustainability is important, consulting provides a more hands on approach to supporting the clients needs.
Can I do both?
Possibly! It depends on you and/or your organization's needs, wants, and desires. This would be discussed during the consultation.
Can I book a Consultation or an Intake Session? What's the difference?
A consultation is a short, usually 30 min, meeting to discuss your general needs and determine how the Collective maybe of help.

An Intake Session is your first session with the consultant or coach, and provides a detailed and lengthy background on the client's needs, wants, and dreams moving forward.

Do you only work with womxn?
The core of our philosophy is around strengthening the bond between persons identifying as female to create a world where women support and uplift each other. With that in mind, we are happy to work with anyone that shares that goal, regardless of gender!
